From this area, you have direct access to a roofed terrace of 16 m2, furnished with terrace furniture and deck chairs for outdoor enjoyment. The entrance hall provides a welcoming introduction to the property. The first bedroom is appointed with a french bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length and benefits from a private en-suite shower and WC. The remaining 2 bedrooms each feature a french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. A second shower and WC serves these bedrooms. The fully equipped open kitchen is thoughtfully integrated into the living space, completing the functional and comfortable layout of this property.
