This floor also includes 1 double bedroom fitted with 1 double bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. A fully equipped kitchen is also located on this level, and a shower room with WC completes the ground floor layout.

On the upper floor, a walk-through room with a panoramic window enjoys both south-facing and east-facing orientations. This floor features 2 double bedrooms: the first is appointed with 1 double bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, with access to a balcony, while the second contains 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length.
