Close to the house exits, a comfortable seating area with a large umbrella provides a shaded spot to unwind, while a pergola with a dining table offers the perfect setting for outdoor meals, complemented by a barbecue available for guests' use. The non-heated swimming pool occupies a spectacular corner of the property, set on terracing at a lower level than the house and reached via a ramp of steps. Rectangular in shape, with a stone border, PVC lining, and Roman steps, the pool measures 5 x 10 metres with a depth ranging from 1.20 to 1.50 metres. It is equipped with a salt purification system and a solar shower. The stone-paved sunbathing area extends onto a vast lawn furnished with sunbeds, small tables, a gazebo, and umbrellas, all enjoying a fantastic panoramic view. The pool is open from the last Saturday of April until the first Saturday in October. Please be aware that the photographs of the property were taken in spring, meaning that the flowering and the colours of the garden grass may differ from what you find upon arrival.
