The outdoor areas of Le Antiche Pietre are as impressive as the interior, offering a seamless blend of natural landscape and refined amenities. The property extends across approximately 12 hectares of land cultivated with terraced lawns, olive groves, and woodland, creating a serene and private environment. The centerpiece of outdoor life is the fenced swimming pool, which is non-heated and measures 5 x 13 metres with a constant depth of 1.40 metres. The pool is accessible via steps and is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. The surrounding pool area is fully fenced and equipped with deck chairs, sun loungers, and parasols, providing a comfortable space for relaxation. A characteristic outdoor shower is also available for guests. Access to the pool area is through 2 dedicated gates, and the pool itself is located approximately 20 metres from the main building, reachable via a staircase or ramp. Approximately 5 metres from the outdoor kitchen, guests will find a 6-seat heated whirlpool tub, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. The large panoramic veranda, overlooking Lake Trasimeno, is a highlight of the property and serves as an ideal outdoor dining and living space. It is fully equipped with a built-in kitchen, barbecue, dining area with tables and chairs, and a relaxation area with sofas and a coffee table. The parking area, featuring 10 uncovered spaces, is situated above the building at the end of the avenue.

The main entrance on the ground floor leads into a spacious living room furnished with comfortable sofas and a large wooden table. From the living room, you access a fully equipped kitchen and a double bedroom with a divisible bed, complemented by a bathroom with shower and washing machine. The first floor is accessible exclusively from the exterior, either via a stone staircase or 2 comfortable ramps leading up from the garden. On this floor, the panoramic veranda with its outdoor kitchen and living area provides direct access to an interior living room with fireplace and a kitchen and dining room. From the living room, 2 corridors lead to the sleeping quarters. Along the right corridor, you will find 2 double bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom with shower, one of which is fully adapted for guests with disabilities. The second corridor leads to an additional double bedroom, a further double bedroom, and a shared bathroom with shower. Air conditioning is available exclusively in the bedrooms.

Pets are accepted at the property on request and must be small and short-haired. Acceptance of animals must be previously authorised by the owner, who requires prior communication of the number of animals, their size, and breed. Please note that photo shoots of the property are typically taken in spring, and therefore the colours and blooms of the gardens, lawns, and surrounding park may differ at the time of your arrival.
