Outdoors

The fully enclosed garden surrounding Il Grillo spans approximately 3,000 square metres of predominantly flat, lawn-covered land, offering a serene and private outdoor environment. The perimeter is delimited by a young hedge that ensures complete privacy throughout your stay. Across the grounds, several distinct relaxation areas have been thoughtfully arranged to make the most of the outdoor space: a covered veranda, a portico adjacent to the main kitchen that serves as an ideal outdoor dining area, and 2 gazebos equipped with comfortable seating for leisurely afternoons in the shade. A stone barbecue is conveniently positioned just a few steps from the portico, perfect for alfresco dining. The non-heated swimming pool occupies a central position within the garden and is open from the last Saturday of April until the first Saturday of October. Measuring 5 x 12 metres with a constant depth of 1.50 metres, it is lined in light-coloured PVC and features chlorine purification, underwater lighting, and submerged steps for easy water access. The pool area is finished in terracotta paving and lawn, and is equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas, small tables, and an outdoor shower. A paved path across the lawn connects the house to the pool, which is located approximately 15 metres from the main entrance. Please note that the garden photographs were taken in spring, and therefore the colours of the grass and the extent of flower blossoming may differ at the time of your arrival.

Unit Layout

Il Grillo accommodates up to 10 guests across 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, distributed between 2 separate residential units housed within a single building. The 2 units do not communicate internally and each has its own independent entrance. The main unit is entered through a front door that opens into an open-plan living area comprising a sitting zone, a dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen. From this level, a covered and furnished porch is directly accessible. An internal staircase leads to the first floor, where 2 double bedrooms are located, served by 2 bathrooms with shower, one of which is en-suite. The second residential unit is accessed through a large furnished veranda situated a few metres from the entrance of the main unit. On the ground floor, a spacious living room connects to a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. A spiral staircase, also reachable via a separate external staircase, leads to the first floor of the second unit, which houses 2 additional double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower, one of which is located within the bedroom itself. A dedicated laundry room is situated adjacent to the portico of the main area.

The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and hot water, as well as weekly linen change and both initial and final cleaning. The property also includes the Zer0Dep Guarantee, meaning guests are not required to pay a security deposit either on balance or upon arrival. This guarantee includes EuropAssistance coverage in the event of accidental damage to the property during the stay, up to a maximum of 1,500 euros and subject to the limitations provided. Guests wishing to bring pets should be aware that an additional mandatory cleaning fee applies per animal per week or part thereof. Regarding the tourism tax, children under 12 years of age are exempt from payment.
