At the back of the house, a large brick-paved area is equipped with 2 generous sun umbrellas that provide welcome shade over a table and chairs, creating an ideal setting for leisurely lunches and dinners while admiring the unique panoramic views over the Tuscan hills. The non-heated infinity pool, located approximately 30 meters from the main house and accessed via a dedicated staircase, measures 5 x 15 meters with a depth ranging from 0.90 to 1.40 meters. The pool uses a salt-based water purification system and is equipped with sun beds to allow guests to fully enjoy the sunny Tuscan days in complete relaxation. The swimming pool is open from the last Saturday of April until the first Saturday of October. It is worth noting that photographs of the property were taken in spring, and therefore the flower blossoming and the colours of the garden grass may differ from what guests observe upon arrival.

A few metres from the main house, the dependance offers a self-contained living space comprising a living room, a kitchenette, 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, and an additional en-suite service bathroom.
