A large hot-water shower is conveniently located nearby, ideal for rinsing off after a day at the beach. A gas barbecue is also available for guests to enjoy outdoor cooking. The covered veranda adjacent to the dining room provides a generous shaded and secluded space where guests can unwind with an aperitif. Villa Gea welcomes pets of small size, subject to prior authorisation by the owner. Guests are required to communicate the number, size, and breed of their animals before arrival so that acceptance can be confirmed. Weekly linen changes are included in the rental price, along with initial and final cleaning of the property. Utilities including electricity, water, and gas for kitchen use are also included. The property operates a Zer0Dep Guarantee, meaning guests are not required to pay a security deposit either on balance or upon arrival. This guarantee includes EuropAssistance coverage in the event of accidental damage to the property during the stay, up to a maximum of 1,500 euros and subject to the limitations provided. A tourism tax of 1 euro per person per night applies for the first 14 nights of the stay; children under 13 years of age are exempt from this charge.
