The fully fenced garden, enclosed by nets and railings with a minimum height of 100 cm, consists of 2 sloping terraces positioned at the front of the villa and is predominantly lawn, planted with olive trees and typical Ligurian plants. The upper terrace, at the level of the main apartment and overlooking the bay, serves as a magnificent outdoor dining area equipped with a table for 12, a brick barbecue with a double grill, and a wood oven, offering an unrivalled setting for al fresco meals with sweeping sea views. The lower terrace, at the level of the ground floor apartment, is dedicated to sunbathing and relaxation and is home to the villa's splendid swimming pool. The pool is equipped with a salt purification system and is available from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October. Adjacent to the pool, a stone-paved sunbathing area features a sofa and armchairs shaded by an umbrella, a hot and cold-water shower, and a changing room, while the surrounding lawn is furnished with sunbeds and deckchairs. Beyond the automatic entrance gate, a large private parking area can accommodate up to 6 cars.
