The expansive yard, rich with oaks, holm oaks, fruit trees, jasmine, Virginia creeper, and ornamental plants of every kind, creates a natural sanctuary that invites relaxation and exploration in equal measure.

Outdoors

The outdoor spaces of Villa Paola are among its most remarkable features, thoughtfully designed to allow guests to fully immerse themselves in the spectacular natural surroundings. The large portico, which overlooks the valley and the oak wood, is furnished with a table, chairs, sofas, and armchairs beneath a wooden-beamed roofing structure, creating a shaded and comfortable living area that is equally suited to leisurely breakfasts and convivial evening gatherings. A pergola covered in ivy and jasmine is positioned conveniently above the pool and is equipped with a brick-built barbecue, a wood oven, a table, and chairs, offering a romantic and functional space from which to enjoy the spectacular view toward the opposite hills. In addition to these primary outdoor areas, various shaded spots have been created around the house to ensure guests can always find a peaceful corner in which to experience the natural beauty of the estate at any hour of the day.

The non-heated panoramic swimming pool is located at a slightly lower level than the house, approximately 25 metres away, reached via a path in stone and lawn followed by 5 steps down. The rectangular pool measures 5 x 10 metres with a constant depth of 1.40 metres and is lined in PVC with a travertine border. It features chlorine purification, integrated lighting, and a metal ladder for water access. The surrounding solarium area is paved on one side in terracotta and is equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas, and an outdoor shower, all framed by olive trees and evergreen vegetation. The swimming pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. Please note that photographs of the property have been taken in spring, meaning that the blossoming of flowers and the colour of the garden grass may differ from what you observe upon arrival.

All 3 bedrooms are simply yet thoughtfully furnished with particular attention to detail and are equipped with air conditioning for added comfort during warmer months.
