The portico, accessible directly from the kitchen and sitting room via French windows, is fitted with wooden-beamed roofing and furnished with a table, chairs, sofas, armchairs, and a mobile barbecue, making it the ideal setting for leisurely outdoor meals at any time of day. The garden extends gently over hilly terrain that slopes in small terraces from the house down toward the swimming pool, creating a seamless transition between the built and natural environments. Tall trees, lawns, and gravel surfaces surround the house, enclosed by low hedges that preserve the full breadth of the spectacular panorama. The first-floor bedrooms open directly onto a very large panoramic terrace furnished with tables and chairs, perfectly positioned to enjoy the surrounding landscape, particularly at dusk with a glass of local wine in hand. The non-heated swimming pool is located on a lower terrace, reached by crossing approximately 15 metres of lawn and descending 8 steps in gravel and wood. Rectangular in shape with a travertine edge and PVC lining, it measures 5 x 10 metres with a constant depth of 1.40 metres, and is equipped with chlorine purification and a metal ladder for water access. The approximately 50 sq m solarium area, partly tile-paved and partly lawn, is furnished with sunbeds, an umbrella, and tables. Evening lighting and a cold-water shower complete the pool area. The swimming pool is available from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. Please note that photographs of the property were taken in spring, so the appearance of flowering plants and garden grass may differ from what you find upon arrival.

Both first-floor bedrooms are fitted with French windows that open directly onto the very large panoramic terrace, furnished with tables and chairs and offering sweeping views over the surrounding countryside.
