The property spans 220 square metres across 3 floors and is entirely fenced, offering privacy and security throughout your stay. A photovoltaic system supplies electricity to the house, and a pergola equipped with photovoltaic panels serves as a covered parking area with charging facilities for electric cars and e-bikes, reflecting a deep commitment to minimal environmental impact. Wireless internet connectivity is available throughout the property, ensuring you remain connected whenever needed. Outdoors

The exterior of Casa Pilar is a beautifully composed landscape that combines level lawns around the house with gently terraced areas, mostly covered in grass with a section finished in gravel. The property is completely fenced, offering a sense of seclusion and tranquillity. At the heart of the outdoor experience is the magnificent infinity pool, positioned just a few metres from the covered portico, approximately 3 metres away. Rectangular in shape and measuring 13.5 x 5 metres with a constant depth of 1.40 metres, the non-heated pool is lined in reinforced PVC, purified with salt and electrolysis, and features an internal ladder for easy water access. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October. Surrounding the pool, the solarium area is equipped with sunbeds, deck chairs, and an umbrella, creating the perfect setting for long, sun-drenched afternoons. The large covered portico of approximately 50 square metres is a true outdoor living room, furnished with a built-in kitchen, a large table with a glass top, and chairs of modern design, ideal for alfresco dining while enjoying a refreshing breeze even on the hottest days. From this vantage point, you can admire an enchanting panorama of wild nature, including the dramatic ravines visible in the distance. Please be aware that photographs of the property were taken in spring, and therefore the blossoming of flowers and the colour of the garden grass may differ from what you observe upon arrival.

Unit Layout

Casa Pilar accommodates up to 5 guests across its 3 floors and features 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, thoughtfully distributed to ensure comfort and privacy for all. On the ground floor, a welcoming entrance hall sets the tone for the entire property, furnished with a pool table, a bookcase, a piano, and a hi-fi system. From the first floor, a staircase in wood and iron ascends to the upper level, where the 2 double bedrooms are located, each with its own en-suite bathroom with shower. In one of the bedrooms, a loft provides space for an additional bed, allowing the property to comfortably host a fifth guest.

This guarantee comes with EuropAssistance coverage in the event of accidental damage to the property during your stay, up to a maximum of 1,500 euros and subject to the limitations provided. Pets are welcome at Casa Pilar, with a mandatory extra cleaning fee applicable per animal per week, to be paid directly on site. The pool is open seasonally, from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
