The lower terrace is home to the magnificent infinity pool, a rectangular non-heated pool measuring 6 by 12 metres, with a depth ranging from 1.20 to 2 metres. Lined in PVC and equipped with a salt purification system, the pool features submerged steps for easy water access and can be enjoyed even after sunset thanks to interior and exterior lighting. The surrounding solarium, finished in stone and lawn, is furnished with sunbeds, an umbrella, and a comfortable sofa with armchairs shaded by a gazebo. Hot and cold-water showers are available on one side of the pool area, and a security fence runs along the external perimeter. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October. Beyond the pool terrace, the garden unfolds across multiple levels, offering 2 terraces with sitting areas, a vine-covered American pergola with a dining table set within the fenced garden in front of the main entrance, and a spacious central courtyard housing a portico with a dining table alongside an outdoor kitchen complete with a stone barbecue and worktop. From this central living space, a corridor leads to a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The corridor also connects to a passage room, designed to serve as a reading, relaxation, or games room, which in turn leads to the master bedroom complete with an ensuite bathroom with shower. The passage room contains a sofa bed available for use by a couple requiring separate sleeping arrangements or for a child wishing to sleep near their parents, without exceeding the maximum occupancy of 6 guests. The 3rd double bedroom, distinguished by large panoramic windows that frame the surrounding countryside, is situated in the annex and is served by its own bathroom with shower.

Other Information

The property is accessed via approximately 250 metres of unpaved farm road flanked by tall cypresses, departing from the municipal road of the Castello di Montefioralle. The road crosses the property below the level of the swimming pool, near which a parking area for approximately 3 cars is available. On the first floor of the farmhouse resides the owners, who are not present during the period from May to September. Guests are kindly informed that the photographs of the property were taken in spring, and therefore the flowering of plants and the colour of the garden grass may differ from what is visible in the images at the time of arrival. Pets are welcome at the property. Tourist tax may be applicable depending on current local regulations.
