The outdoor areas of La Villanella are designed to offer a harmonious balance between leisure, nature, and al fresco living. The garden is further enhanced by a dedicated barbecue area and a ping-pong table, providing additional opportunities for entertainment and relaxation. For fitness enthusiasts, a professional outdoor gym offers a unique opportunity to exercise surrounded by the natural beauty of the Tuscan landscape.

The private swimming pool is positioned 15 metres from the villa, accessible via the lawn in front of the portico. The pool is non-heated, rectangular in shape, and measures 9 by 4 metres, with a constant depth of 1.4 metres. It features salt purification, internal lighting, Roman steps, and a geyser at the shallow end. The surrounding travertine pool terrace is equipped with sunbeds and adjustable umbrellas, creating an ideal sunbathing and relaxation area. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. Please be aware that photographs of the property were taken in spring, and therefore the flowering of plants and the colour of the garden grass may differ from what you observe upon arrival.

On the ground floor, the villa opens into a well-equipped kitchen area that flows seamlessly into a spacious living and dining room, featuring large sliding windows that open directly onto the garden. The living area is furnished with a smart TV and comfortable seating, creating a welcoming space for relaxation and socialising. Also on the ground floor, a double bedroom with an adjacent bathroom with shower provides a private and comfortable retreat, alongside a twin bedroom fitted with queen-size beds and its own adjacent bathroom with shower. A dedicated relaxation area with a sauna and laundry facilities completes the ground floor offering.

On the first floor, a double bedroom benefits from windows fitted with blackout curtains and an en-suite bathroom with shower, ensuring both comfort and privacy. A mezzanine level features a desk, ideal for those who may need a quiet workspace, and opens onto a private furnished terrace complete with a sofa and armchairs, offering a peaceful vantage point over the surrounding landscape. Please note that all fireplaces within the villa are ornamental.

La Villanella accommodates up to 2 small or medium-sized animals, subject to prior written authorisation from the owner. Guests must communicate the number, size, and breed of their animals before arrival to obtain approval. The rental rate includes utilities covering electricity, water, gas for kitchen use and hot water, as well as weekly linen changes and both initial and final cleaning of the property. The property also includes the Zer0Dep Guarantee, meaning guests are not required to pay a security deposit either on balance or upon arrival. This guarantee includes EuropAssistance coverage in the event of accidental damage to the property during the stay, up to a maximum of 1,500 euros and subject to the limitations provided by the policy. Parking for electric vehicles is available on the property, with charging possible based on consumption.
