Guests can relax under a lovely veranda lounge area, ideal for quiet reading or conversation, and enjoy outdoor dining in the cosy al fresco dining area at the living room exit, where summer evenings are made all the more pleasant by the natural coolness of the surroundings. The 3 bedrooms with direct garden access each benefit from a dedicated relaxation area furnished with umbrellas, tables and deck chairs. The park also features an orchard with seasonal fruit including apples, cherries, apricots and plums, as well as a dedicated area with aromatic herbs available for guests to use. A mini volleyball court offers a fun recreational option, and the surrounding wooded area provides numerous paths for walking and hiking. The non-heated swimming pool is located behind the property on a lower terrace adjacent to the villa, accessible via a short downhill path. Rectangular in shape and measuring 4 x 8 metres with a constant depth of 1.50 metres, the pool is lined in grey granito and bordered by teak wood flooring, equipped with chlorine purification, 3 internal spotlights and submerged steps for water access. The surrounding sunbathing area features sunbeds, a cold-water shower and a comfortable sofa area with an awning. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October. A small annex housing the laundry room is also located within the park, reached via a few stone steps.

To the left of the staircase is the first twin bedroom, featuring joinable beds, a bathroom with shower and skylight, and access to the raised garden area. Opposite the staircase is a double bedroom with a four-poster bed and an ensuite bathroom with shower. To the right of the staircase is a third double bedroom equipped with both a fan and air conditioning, with access to the garden and an ensuite bathroom featuring a double basin, bathtub and shower. Every bedroom on both floors is fitted with a double USB port at the headboard of the bed. The property includes 4 bathrooms in total, each serving a dedicated bedroom.

The property is accessed via 1.8 kilometres of dirt road through the woods, featuring some uphill sections, the last of which includes a sharp bend. The park is fully fenced and secured by 2 access gates along the driveway. Parking is available on-site at the end of the driveway, where an EV charging point is also provided. Pets are welcome at the property, with mid-size dogs accepted as a maximum size. Acceptance of animals must be previously authorized by the owner, who requires communication of the number of animals, their size and breed prior to arrival. A mandatory extra cleaning fee applies in the case of animals staying at the property.
