The outdoor spaces of Masseria Profilo are a true celebration of Mediterranean beauty and traditional Apulian character. The grounds are paved with the typical chianche stone, and vine-covered canopies provide natural shade over the outdoor areas, creating an atmosphere of timeless elegance. A stone barbecue stands as one of the defining features of the exterior, surrounded by multicoloured flowers and plants of Mediterranean scrub that bring vibrant life to every corner of the estate. The furnished outdoor dining area is positioned directly outside the kitchen French windows, making al fresco meals a seamless and pleasurable experience. A 300-metre lane winds through the property, offering a peaceful walking path beneath the shade of the trees, where guests can enjoy the scents of the wild plants and the quiet rhythms of the Apulian countryside. An outdoor shower with both cold and hot water is available on one side of the building for added convenience.

The exclusive-use swimming pool is situated just a few steps from the villa's entrances and features a rectangular infinity design measuring 3.5 x 7 metres with a depth of 1.40 metres. The pool is non-heated and is fitted with a PVC lining, Roman steps, and elegant stone perimeter paving. Both internal and external lighting ensure the pool can be enjoyed at any hour, while a cold-water shower is available poolside. A dedicated solarium area with a gazebo and sun loungers completes the pool setting, providing the perfect space to relax and soak up the Apulian sun. The pool operates a chlorine-based sanitation system and is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. Please note that the property photographs were taken in spring, so the flowering and garden colours may differ at the time of your arrival.

Unit Layout

Masseria Profilo accommodates up to 10 guests across 5 beautifully appointed bedrooms and 5 ensuite bathrooms, distributed between 2 adjacent units that together form a harmonious and characterful whole.

Unit 1 is arranged across 2 floors. On the ground floor, the entrance opens into a communicating area that leads to 2 single bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom — one featuring a shower and the other featuring both a shower and a bathtub. A double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with shower is also located on this floor. The ground floor further comprises a dining room with a fireplace, open on 2 sides and communicating directly with the kitchen; both rooms enjoy direct access to the courtyard through French windows. A steep staircase of 10 steps leads to the upper floor, where a double bedroom is located beneath a striking low stone barrel vault with a maximum ceiling height of 190 cm. This room is served by an ensuite bathroom with shower.

Unit 2 is arranged on a single floor and consists of a sitting room and a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with shower.

A washing machine is provided for guests' convenience during longer stays, and a dishwasher is included in the kitchen to simplify daily routines. Entertainment is well catered for with satellite TV available for guests to enjoy. The property warmly welcomes pets, allowing guests to bring their animal companions along to share in the Masseria experience.

Masseria Profilo has been subjected to a thorough check-up by a technical responsible before the beginning of each season. This inspection is carried out to ensure the consistency of the property description, to verify the accessories listed and their present state of operation and maintenance, and to guarantee quality, cleanliness, and comfort for all guests.

The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and gas for kitchen use and hot water, as well as weekly linen changes and both initial and final cleaning of the property. The price also includes the ZeroDep Guarantee, meaning guests are not required to pay a security deposit either on balance or upon arrival. This guarantee provides EuropAssistance coverage in the event of accidental damage to the property during the stay, up to a maximum of 1,500.00 euros and subject to the limitations provided.

Pets are welcome at the property. Guests travelling with animals should be aware that a mandatory extra cleaning fee applies per animal per week.

The tourism tax is applicable at a rate of 1.00 euro per person per night. Children under 12 years of age are exempt from this charge.
