Connectivity is ensured through Wi-Fi internet access, while ample private parking is available within the grounds following a paved driveway that descends approximately 60 metres from the automatic entrance gate. The expansive park surrounding the villa encompasses a generous swimming pool, a regulation-size synthetic grass tennis court that can also be converted into a five-a-side football pitch, and a large Club House, together forming a truly exceptional outdoor retreat for guests seeking sport, relaxation, and open-air living.

Outdoors

The park of Villa Contessa Chiara extends in all directions around the residence, offering a rich variety of outdoor environments designed for leisure and enjoyment. Upon entering through the automatic gate, a paved driveway leads to a spacious open area where vehicles can be parked, and a stone walkway guides you to the main entrance of the villa, set before a broad, well-maintained lawn. Trees and flowering plants bring colour and life to this corner of the park, creating a welcoming atmosphere ideal for enjoying breakfast or lunch in the shade of one of the patios. The park opens onto large green areas with lush trees that provide generous oases of shade throughout the warmer months.

The south-facing section of the park slopes gently downward toward the centrepiece of the outdoor area: the large non-heated swimming pool, tiled and measuring 22 by 10 metres with a depth of 3.5 metres. Unlike conventional residential pools, this impressive structure allows for proper swimming lengths. A shallower section has been thoughtfully designed to ensure safe bathing for children and less experienced swimmers. Surrounding the pool is a spacious tiled solarium furnished with comfortable sunbeds, deck chairs, and shady umbrellas, offering the perfect environment for relaxation between swims. The pool is available from the last Saturday of May to the first Saturday of October.

Adjacent to the pool, at approximately 25 metres distance, the regulation-size synthetic grass tennis court features corridors for doubles matches and is fully fenced. Its dual-access door configuration allows it to be transformed into a five-a-side football pitch, adding versatility to the sporting offer. The court is unlit and positioned parallel to the pool, close to the changing rooms of the Club House.

The 250 square metre Club House is the social heart of the outdoor area, centred around a 50 square metre patio equipped with a brazier, tables, and chairs. On one side of this central patio, a fully-equipped kitchen with an adjoining pantry and a dining room with table and chairs provide everything needed for outdoor entertaining. On the other side, changing rooms, a sauna, 2 showers, and 2 toilets complete the facilities. A barbecue area further enriches the outdoor experience, making the Club House an ideal venue for convivial gatherings at the end of a day spent in the open air. Please note that photographs of the property were taken in spring, and therefore the appearance of flowering plants and garden grass may differ at the time of your arrival.

Villa Contessa Chiara is configured across 2 floors and accommodates a maximum of 17 guests across 8 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, offering a generous and thoughtfully arranged interior that balances communal living spaces with private sleeping quarters.

On the ground floor, the main entrance opens into a large living room featuring a usable fireplace, from the centre of which 2 steps descend into the dining room. The dining room connects on one side to the kitchen, which also features a usable fireplace, and on the other side to a reading room. From the living room, a door leads to the ground floor sleeping area, which comprises a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom fitted with a Jacuzzi, and 2 further double bedrooms that share a bathroom with shower. A guest bathroom completes this sleeping wing, which also benefits from an independent entrance directly from the park at the end of the corridor. A laundry room and an additional guest bathroom are located near the staircase that descends to the large basement, where a billiard table is available for entertainment.

On either side of the living room, 2 symmetrical staircases wind up to the first floor, where a spacious sitting room with a usable fireplace and a study area await. Beyond the study, a twin bedroom with 2 queen-size beds, a walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi provides a particularly luxurious retreat. A corridor lined with built-in wardrobes leads to the remaining first-floor sleeping area, which includes a single bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi, a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi, a twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with shower, and finally a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with joinable beds that share a bathroom with shower. At the end of this corridor, an enchanting internal balcony overlooks the grand living room below, from which one of the 2 symmetrical staircases leads back down to the ground floor.

Villa Contessa Chiara welcomes pets of small size. Acceptance of animals must be previously authorised by the owner, who requires advance communication of the number of animals, their size, and their breed.

The weekly rental rate includes utilities covering electricity, water, gas for kitchen use and hot water, as well as weekly linen changes and both initial and final cleaning of the property. The rate also includes the ZeroDep Guarantee, meaning guests are not required to pay a security deposit either on balance or upon arrival. This guarantee provides EuropAssistance coverage in the event of accidental damage to the property during the stay, up to a maximum of 1,500 euros and subject to the limitations specified in the policy terms.

The tennis court is unlit and available for use during daylight hours. The swimming pool is accessible from the last Saturday of May to the first Saturday of October. The park is entered via an automatic gate, and private parking is available on the property grounds. The sauna is located within the Club House, adjacent to the pool and tennis court area.
