On sunny days, enchanting plays of light and shadow alternate in the large lawn through tall trees where a centuries-old chestnut tree stands out surrounded by linden trees. Near the pool, a beautiful specimen of weeping willow offers a cool natural oasis of shade. A beautiful lawn borders the back of the villa where the large dining table with the barbecue next to it is placed and a ping pong table is placed in the shade in front of the laundry room. The surrounding solarium is paved with washed gravel and equipped with sun loungers. An outdoor shower with both hot and cold water is also available. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
