Outdoor dining and entertaining are catered for across several distinct areas: a pergola-covered dining space, a large furnished porch positioned in front of the main house, and a built-in barbecue complete with a wood oven situated on the upper level of the grounds. The swimming pool, which is non-heated, is located approximately 10 metres from the house on a slightly lower level, accessible via 4 steps from the porch. Rectangular in shape, it measures 19 x 9 metres with a depth ranging from 1.50 to 3 metres, and features PVC lining, chlorine purification, internal spotlights, a trampoline, and submerged steps. The surrounding terracotta solarium and lawn area is furnished with sun loungers, a large gazebo, tables and chairs, 2 gazebos with double beds, a cold water shower, and a bar area with a refrigerator. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. Please be aware that photo shoots are typically carried out in spring, so the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns, and park may vary at the time of arrival.

Annex 1 is organized across 2 floors. The ground floor contains 2 double bedrooms with en suite shower bathrooms, a corridor with an additional shower bathroom, a professional kitchen with external access, and a covered porch. The first floor, accessible only from outside, comprises 4 double bedrooms each with an en suite shower bathroom, along with a dining room with a separate entrance. Annex 2 also spans 2 floors. The ground floor houses 3 double bedrooms with en suite shower bathrooms and external access, as well as a covered porch. The first floor, reachable via a stone staircase or external steps from the parking area, contains an apartment with an open-plan living room, a kitchenette, a dining area, 1 double bedroom, and a bathroom with shower. The laundry room, with external access, is located in Annex 1. A caretaker resides in a self-contained apartment with an independent entrance on the ground floor of one of the annexes; this individual is entirely discreet and will not interfere with the guests' privacy, nor with the exclusive use of the park and pool.
