The rate includes utilities such as electricity, water, and gas for cooking purposes, as well as weekly linen changes and both an initial and a final cleaning of the property. The rate also includes the Zer0Dep Guarantee, meaning guests are not required to pay a security deposit either on balance or upon arrival, and benefit from EuropAssistance coverage in the event of accidental damage to the property during their stay, up to a maximum of 1,500.00 euros and subject to the limitations provided.
