The access path leading to the pool is fully illuminated for evening use.

The fenced swimming pool is situated approximately 150 meters from the villa and is reached via a dedicated path and 7 stone steps. Positioned on a terraced level, it enjoys spectacular panoramic views and measures 9 x 5 meters with a constant depth of 1.40 meters. The pool features a PVC coating, salt purification system, and internal lighting, with entry via a metal ladder. The pool is non-heated as standard but can be heated on request using a heat pump, subject to a minimum usage period and advance notice. The stone solarium surrounding the pool is furnished with sun loungers, umbrellas, and a solar shower. A wooden pool house located on the upper level of the pool area is equipped with a minibar, a shaded table, and a ping-pong table for additional leisure. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.

In front of the villa, 2 uncovered parking spaces are available, while a separate parking area accommodates up to 3 additional vehicles, providing ample space for larger groups arriving by car.

The caretakers of the property reside in an annex adjacent to the villa with completely independent access and do not interfere with guests' use of the park or pool, while remaining fully available to assist throughout the stay.
