The property benefits from 2 private entrances, each fitted with automatic gates and leading to a separate covered parking area. Pets are welcome at the villa; however, a mandatory extra cleaning fee applies per animal per week. The Zer0Dep Guarantee is included with the rental, meaning guests are not required to pay a security deposit either on balance or upon arrival.
