Spanning four levels of living space, Casatorre is enveloped by a generously sized yard of approximately 1,500 sq m, featuring lawns, flowerbeds, tall trees, and a sloping olive grove. A paved driveway leads from an electric gate to a dedicated parking area accommodating up to 5 cars. Outdoors

The outdoor spaces at Casatorre are as varied as they are inviting. The partially fenced grounds extend across 1,500 sq m and include lush lawns, colourful flowerbeds, and a sloping olive grove that frames the rear of the house. A terracotta-paved gazebo fitted with a shaded sail serves as an elegant setting for al fresco dining, complete with a barbecue and dining table. A second shaded terrace area positioned near the pool provides an ideal spot for relaxing with a drink while taking in the sunset views across the surrounding landscape. The private swimming pool, which is non-heated, is situated approximately 5 m from the house and lies on the same level as the basement, accessible via French doors or 17 external stone steps. Rectangular in shape, it measures 6 x 3 m with a constant depth of 1.50 m and features PVC lining, salt purification, internal lighting, brick edging, and submerged steps for easy access. The pool is surrounded by a paved sunbathing area and lawn, furnished with sunbeds, deckchairs, and umbrellas, as well as a cold-water shower. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October. Please be aware that photographs of the property were taken in spring, meaning that the appearance of the garden, including flower blossoming and the colour of the grass, may differ at the time of your arrival.

Unit Layout

Casatorre accommodates up to 8 guests across 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, distributed over four distinct floors, each with its own character and function. On the ground floor, you will find a welcoming sitting room complete with a fireplace and stove, armchairs, a smart TV, and a piano, alongside a dining area and a kitchen accessed via two steps, which opens onto the garden through a French door. On the first floor, a passage room offers a single bed and a single pouf bed, making it a flexible additional sleeping space. This floor also includes a double bedroom with a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with shower, as well as a further double bedroom served by an adjacent bathroom with shower. A staircase from the first floor leads up to the second floor, housed within the historic turret, where a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with shower is accessed via five steps, offering a truly unique and intimate retreat.

Acceptance of animals at the property must be previously authorised by the owner, who must be informed in advance of the number of animals, their size, and breed.
