The estate is enclosed within a private wooden gate and offers generous parking near the entrance, ensuring a seamless and private arrival. A large, well-tended garden of approximately 1,000 square metres surrounds the property, providing lush outdoor spaces for relaxation and al fresco living. An exclusive panoramic swimming pool is available for the sole use of guests, completing the outdoor offering. Outdoors

The outdoor spaces of Casa Torrione are as thoughtfully composed as the interior, inviting guests to spend long, unhurried hours in the open air. The garden, predominantly laid to lawn and dotted with olive trees, cypresses, oleanders, and potted plants, wraps around the house on all sides and creates a seamless connection between the interior living areas and the natural surroundings. Relaxing areas have been arranged in the back garden, which communicates directly with the ground-floor living area of the main house, making it easy to move between indoors and outdoors. A dining area with a sun umbrella provides a pleasant setting for outdoor meals, while a large stone gazebo positioned near the pool offers a shaded retreat from which guests can admire the panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. The gazebo is equipped with a barbecue, making it an ideal spot for al fresco cooking and entertaining. The swimming pool occupies the most scenic position in the garden, bordered by a neat row of hedges and shaded by the silvery foliage of olive trees. Irregular in shape and bordered in stone with a PVC lining, the non-heated pool measures 4 x 8 metres with a maximum depth of 1.40 metres. It features chlorine purification and a solar shower, and is surrounded by a generous area of plush grass furnished with sunbeds and umbrellas. The pool is open from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October.

Unit Layout

Casa Torrione is configured as a main two-storey building divided into 2 separate units with no internal communication between them, complemented by a small adjacent annex, together accommodating a maximum of 14 guests across 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Unit 1 is entered through the main entrance, which opens into a bright and spacious living area comprising a large dining room and a smaller room connected to a fully equipped built-in kitchen featuring a fireplace-barbecue, with direct access to the back garden. A terracotta staircase at the entrance leads to the first floor, where the sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms: a twin bedroom with joinable beds and an ensuite bathroom with shower, a double bedroom, and a second twin bedroom, with the double and second twin sharing a bathroom with bathtub. Unit 2 occupies the ground floor with a spacious living room where sofas are arranged around an antique fireplace facing the garden, a kitchenette, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with shower. The upper floor of Unit 2 contains a twin bedroom with joinable beds and a double bedroom, both served by a shared bathroom with bathtub. The Annex, standing a few metres from the main house, is accessed through a spacious veranda and consists of a twin bedroom with joinable beds and a bathroom with shower.
