The courtyard is furnished and shaded by 2 umbrellas, and features both a barbecue and a traditional wood-fired oven, perfect for al fresco meals in the Tuscan countryside. The surrounding lawn is bordered by evergreen shrubs and frames beautiful views over the hills beyond. A path leads from the courtyard to the swimming pool, which is situated approximately 80 metres away and is also accessible via a flight of 6 steps. The non-heated pool is rectangular in shape, measuring 10 x 5 m, with a depth ranging from 1.10 to 1.50 m. It features a PVC lining, Roman steps for easy entry, chlorine purification, and internal lighting. A solar shower is positioned beside the pool, and the surrounding paved sunbathing area is equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas for complete relaxation. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. Please note that the property photographs were taken in spring, and therefore the appearance of flowering plants and the colour of the lawn may differ at the time of your arrival.

Unit 4, on the ground floor, features a living room from which 4 steps lead to a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom with shower. In addition to the residential units, the property includes a separate wellness area comprising a sauna, a hammam with shower and WC, a room with a hydromassage tub, a fully equipped weight room, and a dedicated table tennis area. An external laundry room is accessible directly from the courtyard.

The weekly rate includes utilities such as electricity, water, gas for cooking, and heating, as well as weekly linen service and both an initial and a final cleaning.
