A dedicated dining area with an adjacent double barbecue provides the perfect setting for al fresco meals, and the pool terrace, bordered by a tall hedge with a private gate, offers both seclusion and elegance. The non-heated swimming pool is rectangular in shape and measures 14 by 10 metres with a constant depth of 1.2 metres. It features chlorine purification, internal steps for easy access, and a blue-tiled lining. An additional shallow pool is available for young children, ensuring the whole family can enjoy the water safely. The pool terrace is equipped with sunbeds, chairs, tables, a gazebo, and a cold-water shower. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. Several annexes also feature their own equipped porches, providing shaded outdoor seating areas directly accessible from the living spaces. Please note that photographs of the property were taken in spring, and therefore the blossoming of flowers and the colour of the garden grass may differ at the time of your arrival.

Annex 2 contains a kitchenette with access to an equipped porch and a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with shower. Annex 3 is accessed via 5 steps and includes a living room with a kitchenette, 2 double bedrooms with divisible beds, and 2 adjacent bathrooms with shower. Annex 4 is located next to the main building and features a living room with a kitchenette, a lounge with access to an outdoor area with an equipped porch, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom with joinable beds, and 2 bathrooms with shower. Annex 5 comprises a living room with a kitchenette, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, and 2 extra single beds situated on a loft level.
