The expansive garden envelops the farmhouse in natural beauty, featuring a rich variety of typical Tuscan flora including laurels, pomegranates, and olive trees, alongside herbs and seasonal flowers. A welcoming portico provides a shaded and comfortable outdoor living area furnished with cozy seating, ideal for quiet afternoons or evening gatherings. Adjacent to the pool area, a pergola serves as a charming shaded dining spot complete with a barbecue, perfect for leisurely outdoor meals. The non-heated swimming pool is situated approximately 15 metres from the farmhouse and features a rectangular shape measuring 10 x 5 metres with a depth of 1.4 metres. The pool is equipped with salt purification, internal lighting, Roman steps for easy access, and a solar shower offering both hot and cold water. A dedicated solarium area furnished with sunbeds and umbrellas completes the pool setting. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. Please be aware that the property photographs were taken in spring, meaning that flower blossoming and the colour of the garden grass may differ from what you observe upon arrival.

Unit Layout

Tenuta Francigena accommodates up to 8 guests across 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, distributed over 2 thoughtfully arranged floors. On the ground floor, the main entrance is accessed through a covered porch and opens into a generous living area with sofas, a spacious fully equipped kitchen, a TV room, and a dining area. These spaces connect to a multifunctional room and a guest bathroom. Adjacent to the outdoor porch, there is an additional guest bathroom that also houses the washing machine. Please note that the kitchen is not equipped with an oven. On the first floor, you will find 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom, served by 2 bathrooms each fitted with a shower. Also located on the first floor, accessible via a wooden spiral staircase, is a private suite featuring a double bedroom and an en-suite bathroom with shower. Air conditioning is available in all bedrooms as well as in the living area.
