The expansive 1-hectare park surrounding Villa dei Rosmarini is a true haven of natural beauty, dotted with olive and hazelnut trees, cypresses, and a variety of aromatic plants. A shaded al fresco dining area positioned beneath a centuries-old oak tree is equipped with a table, chairs, and a mobile barbecue, creating the perfect setting for outdoor meals in the open countryside. Behind the villa, a furnished porch with comfortable seating and a ping-pong table offers a wonderful space for family recreation, while stone paths wind through the grounds and lead down to a lower terrace where the panoramic swimming pool awaits. Please note that the photographs of the property were taken in spring, and therefore the blossoming of flowers and the colour of the garden grass may differ from what you will find upon your arrival.

The non-heated swimming pool is located approximately 20 metres from the villa on a lower terrace, accessible either by descending 20 tuff steps fitted with a protective fence or by crossing the lawn. Rectangular in shape and measuring 12 x 6 metres with a depth of 1.5 metres, the pool features chlorine purification, a terracotta lining, and semi-circular basalt steps for easy access. The surrounding pool terrace, partly paved and partly lawn, is furnished with sunbeds, deckchairs, tables, and a pergola for shade, as well as a cold-water shower. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.

Villa dei Rosmarini is thoughtfully arranged across 2 levels connected by an internal staircase, and accommodates up to 8 guests across 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. On the ground floor, an entrance hall leads into a bright, well-appointed kitchen featuring a dining table and direct access to the garden, alongside a laundry room, a cozy living room with a smart TV and access to the outdoor relaxation area, and a bathroom with shower. The first floor hosts a double bedroom, 2 twin bedrooms, and a bathroom with a bathtub. Separate from the main building, just 2 metres from the villa, a self-contained annex with an independent entrance houses an additional double bedroom complete with a kitchenette and a private bathroom with shower. Air conditioning is available in all bedrooms.

Pets are accepted at Villa dei Rosmarini subject to prior authorization from the owner. To obtain approval, guests must communicate the number of animals, their size, and their breed in advance of arrival. Please be aware that only small to medium-sized animals are permitted at the facility.

The rental rate includes utilities such as electricity, water, and gas for cooking purposes, as well as weekly linen changes and both an initial and a final cleaning of the property. Additionally, the rate includes the ZeroDep Guarantee, meaning guests are not required to pay a security deposit either on balance or upon arrival. This guarantee also provides EuropAssistance coverage in the event of accidental damage to the property during the stay, up to a maximum of 1,500 euros and subject to the limitations set out in the policy terms.
