Outdoors

The outdoor spaces at Podere San Lorenzo are as captivating as the interiors, offering a seamless connection between the property and the extraordinary Tuscan landscape that surrounds it. The non-heated swimming pool is reached via an 11-metre stone path from the portico and occupies a privileged panoramic position on the hillside. Rectangular in shape, it measures 12 x 6 metres with a constant depth of 1.20 metres, is lined with sand-coloured PVC and features chlorine purification along with a metal ladder for access. The surrounding solarium area includes a stone terrace with lawn, sunbeds, deckchairs and 2 umbrellas, creating a refined space for relaxation in the open air. An external cold-water shower is also available poolside. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.

A tennis court and football pitch, located approximately 60 metres from the villa and not forming part of the villa grounds, are available for use with advance booking. It is worth noting that the property photographs were taken in spring, and therefore the flowering and colour of the garden grass may differ at the time of your arrival.

Unit Layout

Podere San Lorenzo is configured to accommodate up to 12 guests across 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, making it an ideal choice for large groups or extended families seeking to share a generous and well-appointed space.

On the ground floor, the property is organised symmetrically into 2 independent sides, each comprising a living room with direct access to a fully equipped kitchen and a double bedroom. Each side also features a bathroom with shower, both of which include a washing machine. The 2 kitchens open directly onto the covered outdoor dining portico, creating a natural flow between the interior and exterior living spaces.

The first floor is accessed via 2 separate staircases, one for each side of the house, and each side includes a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, one of which features joinable beds, as well as a bathroom with a whirlpool tub. All first-floor bedrooms have direct access to a shared loggia, which connects to an external staircase leading down to the garden. The fireplaces present in the property are ornamental only and are not functional for heating purposes.

Acceptance of animals at the property must be previously authorised by the owner, who requires advance communication of the number of animals, their size and breed. A maximum of 2 pets is permitted.

This guarantee includes EuropAssistance coverage in the event of accidental damage to the property during the stay, up to a maximum of 1,500 euros and subject to the limitations provided under the policy terms.
