Outdoors

The grounds of Trullo Luna extend across roughly one hectare of beautifully maintained land, featuring olive trees, ornamental plants, and classic Mediterranean vegetation. The garden incorporates approximately 300 sqm of stone pathways and 400 sqm of manicured lawn, enclosed by a traditional dry-stone wall and green netting that ensures both privacy and a sense of authentic Apulian character. Outdoor living is at the heart of this property, with a pergola housing a dining table, a relaxed lounge area, and a poolside gazebo complete with a bar, offering multiple distinct spaces for alfresco entertaining and quiet relaxation. An outdoor kitchen with bar and dining areas further enhances the al fresco experience. Flowerbeds of lavender, rosemary, and mastic trees add colour and fragrance to the landscape throughout the seasons. Please be aware that photographs of the property were taken in spring, meaning that the blossoming of flowers and the colour of the lawn may differ at the time of your arrival.

The non-heated swimming pool is positioned approximately 20 metres from the villa, surrounded by lawn and Mediterranean vegetation. Rectangular in shape and measuring 14 x 4 metres, it reaches a depth ranging from 1 to 2 metres and is lined with PVC. Access is provided via roman steps, and the pool benefits from saltwater purification as well as both internal and external lighting. A 50 sqm sunbathing area, furnished with sunbeds and deckchairs, completes the poolside setting. The pool is open from the first Saturday in April to the last Saturday in October.

Unit Layout

Trullo Luna accommodates up to 7 guests across 3 thoughtfully appointed bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, all arranged on a single floor. The property is composed of 2 distinct structures: the main building and a separate annex, accessed via a stone walkway and steps.

The main building houses a generous living area with a TV room and dining space, a fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the outdoor areas, and a dedicated laundry room. This section contains 2 double bedrooms fitted with French-size beds. One of these bedrooms connects directly to the other through an internal door, while the second also benefits from its own direct access from outside. The main building is served by 2 bathrooms, both with shower and no bidet, one of which is en-suite.

The annex offers a third double bedroom, which also features an additional single sofa bed, making it a versatile space for families or groups. This bedroom is served by a private bathroom with shower and no bidet.

Trullo Luna has been subject to a technical inspection carried out by a qualified responsible to verify the consistency of the description, the listed accessories, and their current state of operation and maintenance.

The property welcomes pets. Please note that an additional cleaning fee applies per animal per week or part of a week in the event of a stay involving animals. In the interest of maintaining the property and its surroundings, guests are kindly requested to dispose of urban waste appropriately; failure to do so will result in an additional charge applied at check-out.

The rental rate includes utilities such as electricity, water, and gas for kitchen use and hot water, as well as weekly linen service and both initial and final cleaning. The stay is also covered by the Zer0Dep Guarantee, meaning no security deposit is required either on balance or upon arrival. This guarantee includes EuropAssistance coverage in the event of accidental damage to the property during your stay, up to a maximum of 1,500 euros and subject to the limitations provided by the policy. Tourism tax may apply where required by local regulations.
