Outdoors

The outdoor spaces of Villa Jasmine are among its most remarkable features, offering a seamless blend of natural beauty and refined comfort. The garden, extending over approximately 1,500 square metres on a hilly terrain, is mostly laid to lawn and enlivened by fruit and olive trees, colourful flowers, and traditional Tuscan herbs. Numerous panoramic areas are distributed throughout the garden, each offering breathtaking views of the sea and the surrounding Versilian landscape. The outdoor dining area, furnished with a table, is positioned under a portico adjacent to the swimming pool and a traditional brick barbecue, creating an ideal setting for al fresco meals. The non-heated swimming pool is located on the same level as the ground floor of the villa, approximately 2 metres away, and offers a spectacular panoramic view of Viareggio and its blue sea. Rectangular in shape and measuring 3.5 x 7 metres with a constant depth of 1.15 metres, the pool is lined in sky-blue soft PVC and equipped with chlorine purification and large steps for easy water access. A terracotta-paved solarium area surrounds the pool and is furnished with sunbeds shaded by 2 umbrellas. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. Please note that photographs of the property were taken in spring; therefore, the blossoming of flowers and the colour of the garden's grass may differ at the time of your arrival.

Guests must communicate the number, size, and breed of their animals before arrival, and acceptance is granted at the owner's discretion. Up to 2 small or medium-sized animals may be accommodated. The rental rate includes utilities such as electricity, water, gas for kitchen use and hot water, as well as weekly linen service and initial and final cleaning. The rate also includes the Zer0Dep Guarantee, which means guests are not required to pay a security deposit either on balance or upon arrival. This guarantee provides EuropAssistance coverage in the event of accidental damage to the property during the stay, up to a maximum of 1,500 euros and subject to the limitations provided by the policy. Tourism tax may be applicable depending on current local regulations.
