The outdoor spaces of Villa Aperolli are thoughtfully arranged to encourage relaxation and al fresco living. The garden, approximately 750 square meters in size, is planted with a green lawn and framed by olive trees that lend the landscape its distinctive Umbrian character. The area between the pool and the villa has been set up as an outdoor dining space, complete with a table, chairs, umbrella, and a portable barbecue, making it ideal for leisurely meals in the sunshine. A pedestrian gate on one side of the property provides direct access to the main entrance of the house, while the automatic iron gate leads to the parking area. It is worth noting that photographs of the property were taken in spring, and therefore the blossoming of flowers and the color of the garden's grass may differ at the time of arrival.

The non-heated swimming pool is located just 5 meters from the villa and sits on the same level. It features a freeform shape with dimensions of 6 meters in length and a width ranging from 5 to 2.50 meters, with a constant depth of 1.30 meters. The pool is lined with PVC in a grey/blue color and is equipped with a chlorine purification system as well as a counter-current swimming system. Access to the water is via a submerged Roman staircase. The surrounding terracotta pool terrace is furnished with sunbeds, deck chairs, and an umbrella, and the area benefits from both internal and external lighting. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
