The park surrounding the villa covers approximately 1,000 square meters and is largely cultivated with lawn, dotted with fruit trees that add seasonal color and charm. A decorative fountain with a bathtub serves as a distinctive focal point within the grounds, while 2 porches provide shaded areas for relaxation at different points of the property. The pool is non-heated as standard but can be heated on request with 5 days notice. The third apartment is more expansive, comprising a living area with a double sofa bed, 2 double bedrooms, one of which also includes an added double sofa bed, and 2 bathrooms with shower, one of which is en suite. 3 portable air conditioning units are available across the property.
