The equipped area in front of the house is ideal for outdoor lunches and dinners, served by a mobile barbecue and designed to make the most of the mild Piedmontese climate. The garden is dotted with sunny corners and shaded areas, creating a genuine oasis of tranquility that overlooks the rolling hills of Monferrato. The rectangular swimming pool measures 10 x 5 metres with a maximum depth of 1.40 metres, finished in beige polyethylene and equipped with a salt purification system. The pool features internal lighting, hydromassage vents, and metal access ladders, and the surrounding area is paved with stone and lawn and furnished with sun loungers, umbrellas, and a cold water shower. The pool is non-heated and open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. The parking area is conveniently located close to the entrance of the property and is delimited by an electric gate. Please be aware that photo shoots are typically carried out in spring, so the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns, and outdoor spaces may appear different upon arrival.
