Outdoors

The outdoor grounds of Sangiovese extend across approximately 3,500 sq m within the vast agricultural estate, naturally bordered by hedges and vegetation and characterised by cultivated fields, olive groves, and vineyards. At the back of the house, a flat and well-maintained garden serves as the centrepiece of outdoor life, with a rectangular swimming pool positioned at its heart. The pool measures 5 x 10 m, with a depth ranging from 1 to 2 m, and is elegantly lined with travertine marble. It features a metal ladder for easy access, internal lighting, and a chlorine purification system. The pool is non-heated and is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. The surrounding solarium area is fully equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas, and a cold-water shower, creating an ideal space for relaxation during warm summer days. A short distance from the pool, beneath a charming pergola, you will find a stone barbecue and an outdoor dining table, easily accessible from the ground-floor living area and perfectly suited for alfresco meals in the Tuscan countryside. Unit Layout

Pets are welcome at the property; please be aware that a mandatory extra cleaning fee applies in the case of animals accompanying guests during their stay.
