A large panoramic terrace, half of which is sheltered by a canopy, is furnished with a dining table and can be reached directly from the first-floor kitchen or via an external path, making it an ideal spot for alfresco meals with sweeping views stretching to the horizon. On the lower level of the garden, guests will find a wood-fired oven and a barbecue area, perfect for leisurely outdoor cooking. Several shaded corners throughout the grounds invite relaxation and contemplation of the surrounding landscape.

The non-heated above-ground swimming pool is positioned approximately 1 metre from the house and is rectangular in shape, measuring 8 x 4 metres with a constant depth of 1.30 metres. Lined with a grey and blue soft-touch PVC surface, it is equipped with a chlorine purification system and a counter-current swimming system. A separate children's pool measuring 1.50 x 1.50 metres with a depth of approximately 20 centimetres provides a safe and enjoyable space for younger guests. Access to the main pool is via 4 submerged steps, and the surrounding stone solarium is furnished with sunbeds and a shade sail for comfortable sunbathing. A solar shower and both internal and external lighting complete this outdoor area. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. Please note that photographs of the property were taken in spring, and therefore the appearance of flowering plants and the colour of the garden grass may differ at the time of your arrival.

This floor also includes 2 double bedrooms, one of which benefits from direct access to the garden, as well as a bathroom with shower. A laundry room, accessible from outside, completes the ground floor layout.

On the first floor, an open-plan living space combines a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a sitting area, with direct access to the furnished panoramic terrace. This floor houses 2 further double bedrooms: one served by a bathroom with a bathtub, and one with an ensuite bathroom with shower, offering an added level of comfort and privacy for guests.

The weekly rate includes utilities such as electricity, water, gas for kitchen use and hot water, as well as weekly linen service and initial and final cleaning. The rate also includes the Zer0Dep Guarantee, which means guests are not required to pay a security deposit either on balance or upon arrival. This guarantee includes EuropAssistance coverage in the event of accidental damage to the property during the stay, up to a maximum of 1,500 euros and subject to the limitations provided.
