Guests traveling with pets should be aware that a mandatory extra cleaning fee applies in the presence of animals. Up to 2 pets are accommodated subject to the conditions outlined at the time of booking. The rental rate includes utilities covering electricity, water, gas for kitchen use and hot water, as well as weekly linen changes and both an initial and a final cleaning service. The rate also includes the Zer0Dep Guarantee, which means guests are not required to pay a security deposit either on balance or upon arrival. This guarantee provides EuropAssistance coverage in the event of accidental damage caused to the property during the stay, up to a maximum of 1,500.00€ and subject to the restrictions provided. A tourist tax may apply where applicable.
