The garden extends across flat terrain at 250 m above sea level, framed by vineyards, olive groves, and cultivated fields that stretch toward the horizon. A large furnished portico near the entrance provides a shaded setting for outdoor dining and is equipped with a barbecue, making it an ideal gathering space for groups and families alike. Shaded living areas are thoughtfully distributed throughout the park, inviting guests to unwind beneath the canopy of centuries-old trees.

The non-heated swimming pool is undoubtedly one of the most striking features of the property, positioned in the most scenic spot on the estate with Orvieto visible in the foreground. Rectangular in shape and measuring 16 x 6 m with a constant depth of 1.30 m, it is lined in PVC and equipped with a salt purification system, a night cover, and 6 submerged steps for easy access. A separate children's pool measuring 2 x 4 m with a depth of 40 cm ensures that younger guests can enjoy the water safely. The pool terrace, finished in stoneware and lawn, is furnished with sunbeds and umbrellas, and features 2 hot-water showers. Both internal and external lighting allow for enjoyable nighttime use. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. A paved path and a flight of steps connect the pool terrace, situated on a slightly elevated level approximately 15 m from the house, to the rest of the property. Please note that photographs of the garden were taken in spring, meaning that flower blossoming and the colours of the lawn may differ at the time of your arrival.

Unit Layout

Poggio Ambrato comfortably accommodates up to 18 guests across its 10 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms, distributed between a main house and 2 annexes. The main house and the first annex are each spread over 2 levels, connected internally by both stairs and an elevator. The second annex, located approximately 30 meters from the main building, is also arranged over 2 levels, connected by an external staircase.

The rental rate includes utilities covering electricity, water, gas for kitchen use, hot water, and heating, as well as weekly linen changes and both initial and final cleaning. The rate also includes the ZeroDep Guarantee, meaning you are not required to pay a security deposit either on balance or upon arrival.
