The property is arranged over 2 floors and features comfortable, cosy furnishings throughout, making it an ideal vacation rental for families or small groups seeking a welcoming retreat.

On the ground floor, the living and dining area forms the heart of the home, featuring a double sofabed, a dining table, and a flat screen television. The fully equipped kitchenette is fitted with an oven, a gas stove with 4 gas rings, a dishwasher, a freezer, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine. The ground floor also includes a shower room complete with a bidet and WC, as well as direct access to the garden and patio.

The upper floor is reached via a spiral staircase and hosts both bedrooms, each featuring sloping ceilings that lend the space a distinctive character.
