Experience Chianti: dive in the pool, swimming and enjoying our villa. Beautiful stone farmhouse peacefully situated in the heart of the Chianti Classico area. The villa has been skilfully restored with its original architectural features and its ancient charm preserved and turned into a charming country house with private swimming pool. This villa offers splendid views over vineyards and olive groves and is an ideal destination for those who wish to spend a relaxing holiday in close contact with nature. The villa is nicely and comfortably furnished in a typical Tuscan style.
The access to the property is via an unpaved and partially steep road not suitable for sports cars.
Distances: San Polo with all kinds of shops 4 km, Figline Valdarno 15 km, Florence 20 km.
At guests’ disposal: large furnished garden, private swimming-pool (10 x 5 m – maximum depth 1,50 m – open from 01/05 to 30/09), barbecue. WI-FI internet connection available (free of charge). Parking within the grounds.

We were a big group and spend a really nice time in this house. It is really calm out there and you have an amazing outlook on Firenze as well as on beautiful sunsets. The pictures speak for themselves. The owner was really polite and helped us with every question. He came by the house every second day to clean the pool.
Only the road leading to the house was really difficult for normal cars and should have been mentioned beforehand.Would you recommend this property to a friend? Yes
Nous avons passé 2 semaines très agréables dans cette location. La maison et sa piscine sont conformes au descriptif et aux photos. La terrasse du 1er étage est particulièrement agréable pour prendre le petit déjeuner et l'apéritif, elle donne sur une vue panoramique des vignobles avec Florence en fond.
Idéalement située à environ 30 min de Florence, nous avons pu bénéficier d'une température plus clémente à San Polo in Chianti qu'à Florence.
Le propriétaire est charmant et passe tous les 3 jours pour l'entretien de la piscine. Il nous a recommandé des adresses de restaurant locales fréquentées majoritairement par des italiens.
Seule la route pour accéder à la villa est difficile et non adaptée aux voitures basses, c'est le prix à payer de la tranquillité!
[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] We spent 2 very pleasant weeks in this rental. The house and its swimming pool are conform to the description and photos. The 1st floor terrace is particularly pleasant for breakfast and aperitif, with a panoramic view of the vineyards with Florence in the background.
Ideally located about 30 minutes from Florence, we enjoyed a milder temperature in San Polo in Chianti than in Florence. The owner is charming and spends every 3 days for the maintenance of the pool. He recommended local restaurant addresses frequented mostly by Italians.

We had a splendid vacation at Poggio Conca. The house itself is very pleasant, set in a remote and peaceful location in an absolutely stunning environment! Florence, Siena, San Gimignano etc. are easy to reach. If you prefer to stay closer to home, there is a lovely forest right at your doorstep. The house itself is lovely and well kept and has all the conveniences. The last 800m to the house is over a bumpy unsealed road and not suitable for cars with low ground clearance.
