A first bedroom on this level is furnished with 1 french bed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm and benefits from a private shower and WC, as well as its own exit to the terrace. The kitchen and living room is fully equipped and includes a dining table, with exits leading to both the garden and the terrace. A separate WC completes the ground floor layout.

On the upper floor, a second bedroom is appointed with 1 french bed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm and is served by a bathroom with both a bath and shower, as well as a WC. The remaining 2 bedrooms are each furnished with 2 single beds measuring 90 cm by 200 cm. These rooms share a shower and a separate WC. The property also features 2 large terraces, one east facing and one south facing, with the large terrace being partly roofed and furnished with terrace furniture for outdoor relaxation.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
