"Kleine Winten" is a charming 3-room semi-detached house of 100 m2, thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to 6 guests across 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The property features partly sloping ceilings and cosy furnishings that lend a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout. On the ground floor, the living room is equipped with 1 double sofabed and offers direct access to the terrace. The kitchen and living room area is arranged with a dining nook and includes an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, and an electric coffee machine. A shower room with a separate WC completes the ground floor layout. On the upper floor, a large open studio of 50 m2 benefits from a rooflight and features 4 beds along with a dining table, making it a versatile and spacious retreat. This upper level also opens onto a small south-facing terrace, offering beautiful views of the surrounding countryside and forest.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
