The third bedroom is fitted with 3 beds, offering flexible sleeping arrangements for additional guests. The bathroom includes a bath and WC, and a separate WC is also available. - the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
