This 4-room vacation rental spans 80 m2 and is situated on the 2nd floor, having been fully renovated in 2014. The apartment accommodates a maximum of 6 guests across 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The living and dining room features characteristic sloping ceilings and provides direct access to the balcony of 6 m2. The sleeping quarters consist of 2 double bedrooms, each equipped with a hand-basin and sloping ceilings, as well as a third double bedroom also featuring a hand-basin and sloping ceilings, with its own exit to the balcony. The bathroom includes a shower and a separate WC.

Amenities Included

The apartment is fully equipped to ensure a comfortable stay. The kitchen offers 4 hot plates, an oven, a microwave, and a fridge without a freezer, providing everything needed for preparing meals during your stay. For entertainment, the living area features a television with satellite TV on a flat screen. Heating is available throughout the apartment, ensuring warmth and comfort regardless of the season. A barbecue is also provided for outdoor dining enjoyment. Complimentary WiFi internet access is available throughout the property. Pets are welcome in the apartment, subject to the conditions outlined below.

The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
