The sleeping quarters consist of 2 double bedrooms, each equipped with a hand-basin and sloping ceilings, as well as a third double bedroom also featuring a hand-basin and sloping ceilings, with its own exit to the balcony. The bathroom includes a shower and a separate WC.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
