For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit auf Iz, im Haus Cici.
Es liegt sehr ruhig, direkt am Meer. Am Meer ist ein kleiner Beton Steg an dem man liegen kann. Nachmittags Schatten. Schöner Pool mit Blick aufs Meer. Schöner Grill-Kamin. Das Haus hat eigentlich 2 komplette Wohnungen mit jeweils Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmern.
Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Die Eigentümer waren sehr nett und haben immer weitergeholfen!
Gelsen (Schnaken) Mittel nicht vergessen. Restaurants in Nachbarbucht per Fußweg in 5min zu erreichen.
