The upper floor, accessed via an exterior staircase, opens onto a spacious living and dining room of 30 m2, from which you can step directly onto the terrace. An entrance hall with air conditioning welcomes you on this level, which also hosts 1 double bedroom and 2 additional rooms, each equipped with 2 beds, bringing the total bedroom count to 5. A kitchenette with 4 hot plates, an oven, and a freezer serves the upper floor, while both a bath with WC and a separate shower with WC ensure comfort for all guests. The Monument to the Sun, or Pozdrav suncu, is a beautiful monument that must be seen if you find your dream vacation rental in Zadar. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
