The spacious living and dining room covers 32 m2 and serves as the heart of the apartment, offering a welcoming and cosy atmosphere with direct access to the large terrace. The first bedroom features a double bed, the second bedroom also offers a double bed, and the third room is furnished with a single bed measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The bathroom is equipped with a bath, bidet, and WC, and a separate WC is also available for added convenience. The fully equipped kitchenette includes 4 hot plates, an oven, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, providing everything needed for comfortable self-catering stays. A large south-facing terrace of 27 m2, partially roofed, completes the layout and offers a marvellous view of the sea, furnished with terrace furniture and 2 deck chairs.

Entertainment is well catered for with both a television and satellite TV available for guests to enjoy.
