The 2 bathrooms are configured as follows: one equipped with a bath, bidet, and WC, and the other with a shower and WC. The kitchen area is furnished as a kitchenette and includes 4 hot plates, an oven, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, offering everything needed for self-catering stays.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in the living and dining room, ensuring a comfortable environment throughout your stay. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
