On the ground floor, the living and dining room features sloping ceilings and is equipped with satellite TV and radio, creating a comfortable space for relaxation. Adjacent to the living area, 1 bedroom with sloping ceilings is furnished with 1 double bed measuring 2 x 80 cm with a length of 200 cm. A small kitchenette is also located on the ground floor, fitted with 4 hot plates, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. The bathroom on this level includes a shower and WC. The upper floor, accessible via narrow staggered stairs, houses 2 additional bedrooms, each featuring sloping ceilings and 2 single beds, making them well suited for children or additional guests.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
