The remaining 2 bedrooms are each equipped with 2 single beds measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. A shared bathroom with a double hand-basin and a separate WC serves these 2 bedrooms on the upper floor.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
