It is important to note that, instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are situated in an open-plan area, specifically within the alcove. The living and dining room is elegantly appointed with cosy furnishings and serves as the central gathering space of the apartment. A fully equipped kitchenette is integrated into the layout, featuring 4 hot plates, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
